Bachelor of Dental Surgery
2013 – 2018
University of Leeds Dental School

Five years of foundations: anatomy, materials, and my first real patients. Leeds taught me that good dentistry is equal parts science and steadiness.

About
I became a dentist for the mix of precision and people: the quiet craft of getting something exactly right, and the person in the chair who walks out feeling better. The nervous first visits are the ones I care about most, and turning them into easy ones is what I'm proudest of.

Found the jacaranda in full bloom and refused to leave. I'll cross a whole city for a good garden.

Good dentistry is quiet work. Gentle in the chair, plain in the explanation, made to last.

If it's been years since your last check-up, you won't get a lecture here — just a clear plan and a bit of credit for showing up.
New patients welcome
Questions are welcome, and so are second opinions. Bring the X-rays, the worries, the photo of the smile you're after.
No rush No jargon
Ready when you are.

A few of my recent cases. Open one to see the before, the after, and how I did it.
Experience
The short version of my apprenticeship, from the first lecture to the chair you'll sit in.

My first year in practice, treating a whole community from anxious first-timers to lifelong regulars. I learned to slow down and listen before I ever picked up a handpiece.

“I’d avoided dentists for years. Deesha talked me through every step, and I actually left smiling. I’ve since had my whole smile done and I couldn’t be happier.”
“Gentle, precise, and genuinely kind. My veneers look completely natural, no one can tell.”
“She fixed a gap I’d been self-conscious about my whole life, in a single appointment. Life-changing.”
“The calmest dental experience I’ve ever had. My kids actually ask to go back.”
“Booked in nervous, walked out grinning. Worth every mile of the drive.”
“Straightened my teeth without anyone at work even noticing I was wearing aligners. Barely felt like treatment.”
“Lost a front tooth in my twenties and hated smiling for years. You genuinely cannot tell which one is the implant now.”
“Whitening with zero sensitivity, which I didn’t think was possible. Eased into it exactly at my pace.”

“I’m the most nervous patient you’ll ever meet and I still went back for a second visit. That says everything.”
“Cracked a tooth on a Friday night and got seen first thing Saturday. Calm, quick, no drama.”
“Ten veneers and every single one matches like it grew there. Worth every consultation it took to get the shade right.”
“My daughter used to cry at the dentist. Now she asks when her next check-up is. I still can’t quite believe it.”

“Flew back from abroad just for my check-ups now. That’s the honest truth.”
“Chipped a front tooth the week of my wedding. Fixed same-day and you’d never know it happened.”
“Nine months of Invisalign and not one awkward moment. Painless, honestly.”
“Went in for a whitening consult, left with a whole plan I actually understood. No pressure, just options.”
“I’d put off an implant for three years out of dread. Should’ve booked years ago.”
“Recommended by three separate people before I’d even asked. Now I understand why.”
“Six veneers later and strangers still ask if they’re real. Best answer I could give.”
“Talked me through every stage of the bonding before starting. Left knowing exactly what I was getting.”
